have hearing and speech impairments
1. Dial 18001 followed by the full Cross Keys Homes' telephone number (including STD code) eg 18001 01733 385000
2. You are then connected to the operator, who will take your message and then relay the message
to the person you have called and vice versa
The typetalk service is available 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week.
