Support for your mental health

Our mental health support service, run in partnership with Insight Healthcare, is still open and available to you if you are finding life difficult at the moment.

The service can help you if you are experiencing issues such as low mood, depression, anxiety, stress, panic, anger, trauma, bereavement, loss, relationship difficulties, family problems and phobias.

Support available includes a range of talking therapies, advice, information and support including low intensity CBT and counselling. Talking therapies can help you to understand and work through your difficult feelings and develop strategies for coping better. The best therapy will depend on your particular situation.

Currently assessments being made via phone; and therapy sessions taking place via phone, Skype, or online. 

The service is free and available to anyone aged 17+ and living in the Peterborough and Cambridgeshire area.
