Here at Cross Keys Homes we value the views of our residents and would like to encourage you to share your thoughts and ideas with us so that, together, we can help you to improve your community and quality of life, as well as build your skills to achieve your own personal ambitions.

We offer a wide range of opportunities for you to get involved with us, both directly with us as a landlord, and within your own community. We call these options the keys to involvement and have a number of different ways in which you can have your say.  Options include completing surveys in the comfort off your own home, working with us to keep your local area clear of rubbish and flytipping, testing our services in person or by using technology, or by attending meetings and discussing national housing issues. There really is something to suit everyone!
