Norburn High
Norburn was built in 1974. It consists of 46 one bedroomed flats, 23 ground floor and 23 first floor each of which has a small area / garden at the front.
There is a 24-hour emergency call system and a scheme manager whose hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30.
Norburn High community centre has a spacious residents’ lounge with patio and secluded garden. Within the community centre there is a kitchen for residents’ use, plus a laundry, visiting hairdresser and the scheme manager’s office.
Bretton Centre has a Sainsbury supermarket, banks, post office, surgery and all essentials; alternatively there is a local convenience store within walking distance of the scheme.
