We offer a wide range of training opportunities to support you in your role as an involved resident. We want to ensure that you have the opportunity to develop your skills and get involved in the way that you feel most at ease.
From induction training for all newly involved residents to special training for becoming a mystery shopper or tenant inspector, we would like to encourage you to increase your skills and help us to provide the best possible service to our residents.
We also encourage residents to attend external conferences and training courses provided by many other organisations (such as TPAS and Capita). This provides our involved residents with the opportunity to meet other residents from other social housing landlords and share ideas and working practices so that we can continue to improve the services we deliver.
We have also set up a dedicated Working 4 U website which can help residents who are currently not in employment or are looking to further their employment skills.
