Cross Keys Homes in association with Jardine Lloyd Thompson Tenant Risks is able to provide affordable, pay as you go home contents insurance for tenants and leaseholders. The insurance provides cover for risks such as theft or attempted theft, flood, water damage, storm damage, fire, malicious damage as well as providing cover for your freezer contents, stolen keys and tenants' liability.

Why is this insurance scheme special or different to
others?

Irrespective of where you live (postcode or type of property) all tenants and leaseholders may apply for membership of the scheme. Premiums can be paid fortnightly by cash using a swipe card at any post office, monthly by direct debit or annually by cheque, postal order or credit card.
