Leaseholders

What leaseholder means

If you are a leaseholder you own the lease to your home but not the freehold - the land on which it stands, belongs to Cross Keys Homes.

How many leaseholders do we have?

Cross Keys Homes currently manages approximately 980 leasehold properties.

Consultation and involvement
opportunities

Cross Keys Homes makes every effort to consult leaseholders on all housing management issues that could effect them. Leaseholders and their representatives are given every opportunity to express their views on all matters including major improvement works effecting their homes.

A special leaseholders' forum has been set-up to give leaseholders a chance to raise concerns and debate issues. The forum channels issues and new ideas to the Cross Keys Homes' management board.

Who should I contact for further
information about the terms of my lease?

Call our leaseholder team on 01733 385034 or
email: sue.webb@crosskeyshomes.co.uk

Or you can also contact The Leasehold Advisory Service for free advice on the law affecting residential long leasehold properties and commonhold. This service is available for use by both landlords and leaseholders. Visit: www.lease-advice.org
