Cross Keys Homes helps cut cost of parking fees
April 6, 2010
CITY workers and commuters are being offered the chance to save money on their parking by a local business. Cross Keys Homes has a number of secure garages available for low cost rent at St. Mary’s Court in the city centre. The garages are offered to Cross Keys Homes’ residents for first refusal but instead of them standing empty if there is no take up, the city’s largest landlord is offering them out to city workers or commuters. Cross Keys Homes head of neighbourhoods and communities, Joan Tibbs, said: “It is much better to have the garages in use rather than allowing them to stand empty and possibly become a target for vandalism.” “If you are a city worker or commuter, this is a cost effective way of ensuring your car is parked in a secure location and conveniently close to the city centre.” For further information contact Susan Smith on 01733 385077. The garages are available for rent from £5.60 per week for Cross Keys Homes’ residents or £15.90 per week for all others.
