Get on board

Every tenant and most leaseholders can stand for election onto Cross Keys Homes' board. Tenants hold four places and leaseholders hold one. Every year one or two existing tenant members have to restand for election and every three years the leaseholder member has to stand again. The next re-election for leaseholders is 2012. If you are interested in becoming a board member, the closing date for applying each year is March 31 with the election taking place during the summer.

Cross Keys Homes is a multi-million pound business with 10,000 homes and 260 staff. Board membership carries a lot of responsibility and requires people with the skills and knowledge to understand the issues facing a business such as ours. Training and support is provided due to the importance of the role. Further information is available under the tabs on the left hand side.
