Accreditations and Professional Body Membership

 

LifeLine
Our LifeLine service is a member of the TSA (Telecare Services Authority) and adheres to their standards. We're audited by them annually. We also measure ourselves against their Key Performance Indicators to ensure our service is maintained at a high level. You can see how we perform in our Annual Report.

Care
Our Care service is fully registered with CQC.

Anti-social Behaviour
Our ASB team is accredited to the Housemark ASB Accreditation which shows our commitment to the Respect – ASB Charter for Housing.

Environmental
To reflect our commitment to the environment we joined the Investors in the Environment Accreditation (IiE) scheme, and we have been accredited since 2011. We are currently rated as Great Green Star, the highest accreditation level.

2018

  • Winner of Development Programme of the Year at the UK Housing Awards

  • Kingfisher Court won the Housing with Care category at the National Great British Care Awards. Care Worker, George Carpenter, took home the Care Newcomer Award at the eastern regional final.
