Order a LifeLine

There are two ways to pay for your LifeLine, we'll ask you to select one of these options as part of your application: 

Basic package: £5.36 per week without VAT or £6.45 including VAT.

First year discounted package: £241.48 without VAT or £289.78 including VAT (non-refundable). Pay for the whole year in advance.

 

To complete your LifeLine order online, please have the following information to hand:

• The contact details for friends or family members who have a key to your home

• Doctor's surgery information 

• Security information for your home, such as key safe and alarm codes.

We will contact you within two working days of receiving your details to arrange installation. We will also send you a copy of your contract in the post.
