Cllr Diane Lamb
Diane has lived in Peterborough for over 20 years. She has five sons, some of whom work abroad. Her interests include walking, cycling, fine arts and music.
Diane is a well respected Healthcare Professional, having spent her working life in the NHS gaining extensive experience in many of England’s largest Hospitals. In 2005 she retired from Adenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge.
Just prior to retirement she was elected as a City Councillor for Peterborough and has held several Cabinet positions including Adult Social Care and Health. Diane is currently Cabinet Member for Public Health and continues to use her health care experience to improve the health and wellbeing of both the City and Rural areas.
Diane is passionate about the care of older people and the safeguarding of both children and vulnerable adults. She sits on the Health and Wellbeing Board at the City Council and is an Adviser to the Board of Governors at Peterborough City Hospital as well as the Orthopaedic and Specialist Spinal Hospital.
Diane is looking forward to working with Cross Keys Homes and is honoured to have been asked to serve as a Member of the Board. She has much to offer and a great deal to learn!
