Information for residents

Here you’ll find useful information about your home and the services we provide. There’s detailed information in our information leaflets or, for a quick answer, contact us.

You can manage your account online too. Register for MyCKH to access your account 24/7 and check your current balance, report a repair, or even update your details.

Did you know you can  pay your rent online? All you need to do is have your payment card ready and follow the instructions. If you need advice and support on how to manage your money or deal with debt, you can use our free money advice service.

You can also report a repair and even apply for aids and adaptations. If you’re an older person, you might be interested in our LifeLine personal alarm service. This can give you peace of mind knowing someone is on hand 24/7 if you have a fall or become ill.

While you’re here, why not have a look at the home contents insurance policy we recommend. You are responsible for making sure the contents of your home are insured, just in case.

We also have a separate section for homeowners – for our leaseholders and shared owners.

As always, we’re keen to hear your views. There’s a choice of ways for you to get involved with us. You could help us to improve our services and make new friends along the way.

You can always get in touch with us over the phone, via email or by using MyCKH. Sometimes we will need to call you to talk about your account, arrange appointments or discuss issues in more details, these calls may be recording for training purposes.
