Information for residents

Here you’ll find useful information about your home and the services we provide. There’s detailed information in our information leaflets or, for a quick answer, get in touch with us.

Did you know you can also pay your rent here? All you need to do is have your payment card ready and follow the instructions. If you need advice and support on how to manage your money or deal with debt, you can use our free money advice service.

You can also report a repair and even apply for aids and adaptations. If you’re an older person, you might be interested in our Lifeline personal alarm service. This can give you peace of mind knowing someone is on hand 24/7 if you have a fall or become ill.

While you’re here, why not have a look at the contents insurance policy we recommend. You could start saving money straight away.

We also have a separate section for leaseholders – those of you who own a flat or maisonette.

As well as giving you information on a range of topics, each page in this section tells you who to contact if you need to know more, or if you just want some advice.

As always, we’re keen to hear your views. There’s a choice of ways for you to get involved with us. You could help us to improve our services and make new friends along the way.
