Finding work or training

Helping you find work - with us or in Peterborough

Welcome to our careers’ section. This could be the start of something special, if you take pride in your work and want to make a difference.

We are the city’s largest housing association managing around 14% of the households in the city. As such we have a huge local commitment and responsibility. As part of our landlord services we continue to improve our homes and provide a repairs and anti-social behaviour service. However, we are also much more than just a landlord. We are a key community player, committed to delivering excellent and customer-focused services 100 per cent of the time. In addition to residential homes, we also lease 72 shops and provide a community alarm service, known as LifeLine, to elderly and vulnerable people. We also run a community care service, Cross Keys Care, and opened our first extra care scheme, Kingfisher Court, in 2014, to compliment our sheltered housing offering to older tenants.

This means that not only can we provide jobs and careers in lots of different areas working for us, we also have the experience and passion to help you find the right job or training just for you, even if that's not working with us.
