We know that talking about care or additional support is not always easy. We are here for you to have an informal chat about your needs, or the needs of your loved one. We always place our service user’s dignity at the heart of our care.

Short term support
We can provide a short term care plan designed to help you get back to normal after a planned procedure or an accident. For example:

You may only need care for a few weeks or months, but we will talk to you about the right combination of personal care and home help that you need to support your recovery.

A flexible care and support service
We devise your initial care package to meet your needs when you join us. But it is never set in stone. We will regularly review your package with you and change it as your needs change. We are also flexible enough to adapt to sudden changes, be they for the short or long term. Rest assured, we will always deliver the best service for you.
An experienced, professional care team
Every member of our care team is fully DBS checked and all care workers fully trained in care delivery and providing support to people in their own homes. Many members of our team hold additional qualifications and some are trained in specialist areas to provide any additional support you need. All of our team members receive close supervision and mentoring and undergo regular training and assessment to ensure they are delivering the very best care possible. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and our service is rated ‘good’ by them.
Local service
Our service is based in Peterborough and covers the PE1 to PE4 postcode areas. We are a local service who know the area well.

Our team are here to talk through your options for care and support. All our packages are personalised to your needs, so we’ll work with you to come up with a package that works for you. Either call us on 01733 396484 or complete the enquiry form and we’ll start the conversation.
We’ll then come out to your house to get to know you and your situation to write a care plan just for you. But don’t worry, there is no ‘hard sell’ and you won’t be pressurised to make a decision in a hurry. You can also have friends or relatives at the meeting to make sure you feel comfortable.
