We take housing tenancy fraud extremely seriously as we want to make sure that our homes are being let to those in genuine housing need and not by those who no longer need their housing association property and are looking to gain by sub-letting to someone else.

We are offering a £250 reward to anyone who provides information that can help us identify and stop genuine cases of sub-letting. Residents reporting such matters can remain anonymous and their allegations will be investigated regardless.
