How we're regulated

Our management board has overall responsibility for our work and meets regulary to decide on strategic and policy issues.

Homes England is the regulator for social housing providers in England. The focus of its regulatory activity is on governance, financial viability and financial value for money as the basis for robust economic regulation. They set consumer standards and will intervene in cases of 'serious detriment' that have caused, or are likely to cause, harm to social housing tenants.
