Performance

We’re proud of our performance and report on our progress every year in our annual report. We’re keen to evidence that when we make a promise, we deliver on it and that we’re growing our business year after year.

Value for Money

We're committed to providing excellent Value for Money to our residents and communities, now and as part of our long-term plans.

We aim to provide Value for Money by making informed financial and operational decisions. This means spending our income wisely, and looking for ways to reduce expenditure, time or effort, while providing the best possible service. Our Annual Report includes a summary of how we deliver VFM for our customers.

Accreditations

Cross Keys Homes are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing, we secured V1G1 status for our viability and governance.

Our  LifeLine service is a member of the  TSA (Telecare Services Authority) and we're audited annually to ensure it adheres to their standards. We also measure ourselves against their Key Performance Indicators to ensure our service is maintained at a high level, you can read more in our annual report.

Our  Care service is fully registered with  CQC and undergoes regular inspections.

Our Anti-Social Behaviour team has achieved Housemark ASB Accreditation which shows our commitment to the  Respect – ASB Charter for Housing.

Our green agenda

Aiming to reduce the environmental impact of our business, we make environmentally responsible decisions when sourcing and delivering our services.

We’ve maintained Investors in the Environment Accreditation since 2011 and are currently rated as Green Award – the highest accreditation level achievable.

We've taken a two-pronged approach to reducing our carbon footprint, focussing on reducing the fuel consumption and waste produced across our offices as well as improving the energy efficiency of our homes.

We intend to make our homes more energy efficient, warmer for tenants and cheaper to run. Our average SAP rating of 82.65 places us well in the upper quartile when measured against others in the sector and we've reduced the COemissions of our general needs properties by 34%.

Equality and diversity

Equality and diversity applies to all areas of our work so we equip our employees with the knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver quality services for our customers. We also encourage suppliers to adopt our approach and ensure their actions are always unbiased and non-discriminatory.

Our contractor, Mears, produces an equality and diversity monitoring report which outlines the progress we've made over the last year and makes recommendations for further improvement.
