We will only be completing emergency repairs for the foreseeable future. Emergency repairs can be reported 24/7 by calling 01733 385030. Our contractors, Mears, will be available to take your call.
Care and LifeLine
Our Care and LifeLine services will be fully operational, as always. If you need to contact a member of the team in an emergency, please call 01733 235085.
Our plans for Customer Central will always follow government guidance. As a result of Peterborough now being under Tier 4 rrestrictions, Customer Central will be closed for the foreseeable future.

Don’t forget, you can manage your account online at any time. Just loging to MyCKH to view your latest rent statement, update your contact details, request a replacement fob or ask for help from our Be Kind fund.
If you haven’t registered for MyCKH yet, it only takes a minute to get started. You just need your payment reference number, date of birth and an email address to set up your account.
