Liz Bisset is a strategic adviser and consultant on housing and leadership development. She was Cambridge City Council’s Director of Customer and Community Service until April 2016. Good quality services and ambitions for the future are important to Liz.
Under Liz leadership the City Council achieved the highest local authority inspection score in the county at the time, and was one of the first authorities to develop a new build programme.
She was previously Head of Regeneration at Bristol City Council, securing substantial regeneration for the city to improve the lives of the poorest communities.
Liz is a coach and housing consultant. She is a member of the Committee on Fuel Poverty advising the Government; and treasurer and trustee of Cambridge United Charities.
