- 65% of people have experienced a mental health problem
- More than 4 in 10 people say they have experienced depression
- And over a quarter of people have experienced panic attacks
With numbers like these it is clear that struggling with your mental health is nothing to be ashamed of, and many more people are struggling than you may think.
There are lots of resources out there to support you, but for some accessing that help is difficult for a host of reasons.
We would like to invite you to join us for an evening of thought provoking discussion based around mental health, including hints and tips on dealing with mental health issues, and how to access support services. You can also help to shape how we might be able to deliver future services to people struggling with poor mental health, and future partnerships we could be working in to widen service provision.
Join us on Wednesday 22 November from 4pm
at Kingfisher Court, Thistle Drive, Stanground, Peterborough PE2 8NZ
RSVP by Monday 20 November to
