We would like to remind tenants that it is a condition of your tenancy that you pay your rent to us on time and ensure payments are cleared by the due date. If you are having any problems paying your rent, you must speak to us as soon as possible to put plans in place to address your arrears.
If you are in breach of your tenancy, for rent arrears, or any other reasons, we will restrict your access to repairs and other services. If you are currently in arrears and have no payment plan in place, or you are in breach of your payment plan, we will only carry out emergency repairs to your home.
We understand that times are tough, and we have a number of ways we can help you. If you are struggling with your rent we want you to talk to us as soon as possible, so that we can put in place actions to support you, and ensure you retain your home and get you back on track.
It is not fair on the majority of our tenants who work with us to ensure their rent is paid, that those who repeatedly fail to accept our support continue to receive the same level of service from us.
