Announcing the appointment of our new Executive Director of Development and Sales

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Sarah Ireland to the position of Executive Director of Development and Sales.
Sarah comes to us from bpha, where she spent over five years as the Director of Development and Sales with two years as a main Board member. Sarah brings with her a wealth of experience and achievement in delivering development and growth strategies across homes for rent and sale.
Sarah will be tasked with leading CKH’s most ambitious development programme to date - to build over 400 new homes a year by 2021. This programme also sees us expanding geographically, with key developments currently underway in Milton Keynes, Godmanchester, and Bedfordshire.
Chief Executive, Claire Higgins, said: “We are utterly passionate about doing all we can to address the housing crisis by building more affordable homes than ever before. I am thrilled that Sarah is joining us at this exciting time and I am sure she will help us go from strength to strength in delivering our development ambitions.”
