We are pleased to announce the appointment of one of the housing sector’s leading community engagement experts, Kate Newbolt, to the position of Service Manager - Customer, Community and Stakeholder Engagement.
Kate has extensive experience of the housing sector, in particular with regard to tenant involvement and empowerment, and community engagement. Most recently, Kate worked for Tpas, leading on regeneration, change ownership and management and independent community engagement. Her appointment with us comes at a time when we are growing at an unprecedented rate, and will ensure that our customers remain firmly at the heart of the business.
Kate has previously worked with us in her capacity with Tpas, for a number of years, and was instrumental in supporting us in establishing and developing our Residents Board into an award winning example of resident-led governance within the sector.
She will be using this expertise to help us to take our resident involvement to the next level of excellence. She will also be leading our Communities Team in delivering life changing opportunities to people, helping them into work and to access the support services they need.
