Thirteen new homes in Great Denham, Bedfordshire, are ready to welcome families.
The site, which has benefitted from a total £1.55 million investment from CKH, includes 11 homes available for affordable rent with a further two homes available for shared ownership to help people get a foot on the housing ladder.
The two and three-bedroom homes, comprising of four bungalows and nine houses, were developed by David Wilson Homes on our behalf as part of our ambitious plan to deliver new homes across the region over the coming years. We are currently working to provide new homes on several sites around Bedfordshire, with a further development at Great Denham, as well as sites at Biddenham and Bedford town centre.
Business Development Manager at Cross Keys Homes, Nic Jepson, said: “As a housing provider with a social heart, we focus on providing quality homes that people can afford to live in. These much needed homes will give 13 families and individuals the chance to build a life in Great Denham. We hope to give many more families that same chance as we deliver more homes across Bedfordshire over the next few years.”
