Please be aware that if you have a Direct Debit payment set to come out of your bank account on Friday 8 September, you will notice that there has been a duplicate payment.
allpay are aware of this situation and are working to rectify this problem as soon as possible - you will be credited as soon as allpay are able to do this. Please see the allpay website for further updates from them.
If this has caused you to receive any bank charges please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a screen shot, or copy of your bank statement, as evidence. allpay will work with you to ensure all bank charge refunds are paid back to you, as soon as possible.
We are also aware that there are a few Direct Debit payments, which haven't been taken at all on the 8th September and allpay is looking into this too.
