A new development site which is set to provide 45 affordable homes in New Road, Woodston is progressing well following the start of the brickwork stage.
In a special ceremony which saw one of the first bricks being laid by Cross Keys Homes’ Executive Director of Development and Sales, David Keeling, their contractor Lindum Peterborough’s Managing Director, Mick Papworth and their Consultant Gary Williamson, a Partner, from Ridge; the development is now progressing with great speed.
The development will provide 23 two-bedroom homes and 8 three-bedroom homes for rent as well as 8 two-bedroom homes and 6 three-bedroom homes for shared ownership for Cross Keys Homes and are being built by Lindum .
Cross Keys Homes’ Executive Director of Development and Sales, David Keeling, said: “In the current climate finding affordable housing is harder than ever so I am delighted that this new scheme will help to give 45 families and individuals a place to call home, at a price they can afford.

Having started on site earlier this year, work is due to be completed by February of next year.
