A local youth football team will be running on to the pitch in style now their kit is being sponsored by Cross Keys Homes.
The sponsorship of Peterborough Sports U16 side is part of the housing association’s commitment to supporting health and sports among young people in the city. The club was struggling to be able to replace their old kit that was bought from a previous club.
Senior Neighbourhood Manager at Cross Keys Homes, Andy Riley, said, “we are proud to sponsor Peterborough Sport U16 this year, and as they progress into the under 18 league next season. Clubs like this are so important to young people, teaching them life skills, fitness and commitment. Our support highlights our own mission which is about improving people’s lives by offering the opportunity for them to successfully grow and develop their own skills.”
Chairman of the club, Stephen Cooper said, “We are really grateful to Cross Keys Homes for their sponsorship. Support like this is invaluable to a team like ours. It really helps the team to have great kit, giving them more pride in the team.”
