There’s a great new way to tell us what you think about our services to make it even easier to share your views.
Your opinions really matter to us and we aim to use your ideas to improve our services as much as we can. So from now on, when you get in touch (whether that’s over the phone, in person or via email), we’ll be giving you the chance to give feedback on the experience you had.
You’ll get a text or an email on our behalf asking you to rate how satisfied you were with the service you received as well as a chance to tell us about anything that you were particularly happy or unhappy with.
It’s quick and really simple but could make a big difference. Our services are here for you, and you’re the only ones who can tell us how well they are working – so help us to keep improving our services together.
