When you contact us, use our services or work with us, we want you to be happy. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to do all of this and to enjoy your home.
We want you to rate our services as excellent and make it as easy as possible for you to contact us and get things done. We measure ourselves against these two key measures – we'll ask you if you'd recommend us to your friends and family and how easy it is to get things done.
For each individual service we set a standard of what you can expect from us. We measure how we do and report this back to you. These service standards are based on what we know you want us to do and what is expected of us by Government regulators.
