We produce various informative leaflets and publications for our residents and stakeholders.

You can download copies of any of our leaflets, newsletters or forms from below. We have put each leaflet into easy to understand sections. Simply click on the form you want and it will download for you to view.

When you contact us, rent your home, buy a service or work with us, we want you to be happy. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to do all this and to enjoy your home, which to us is much more than the four walls in which you live.
We want you to rate our services as excellent and make it as easy as possible for you to contact us and get things done. We will measure ourselves against these two key measures by asking you how we are doing. We will ask you if you would recommend us to your friends and family - this is called a net promoter
score - and how easy it was to get it done.
For each individual service we will set the standard of service you can expect from us and we will measure how we do and report this back to you. These service standards are based around what we know you want us to do and what is expected of us by our regulators.
