Get a Health MOT

Solutions 4 health van Kick start a new, healthier you, with your own personalised Health MOT from Solutions4Health and Healthy Peterborough.

The screening is aimed specifically at individuals aged 40-74 who are not currently on a pathway of treatment (i.e. Diabetic, Blood Pressure etc.). You'll have your weight, height, blood pressure, blood sugar (no previous fasting required) and cholesterol checked and get immediate results along with information and guidance if needed.

Everything is confidential and will be only shared with your GP. Each appointment is approx. 25-30 minutes.

Whilst the target age group is 40-74, we recognise that people outside of this age group may be interested in the check-up, Soulutions4Health are able to do a tailored Mini MOT Health check (excluding the blood sugar and cholesterol test), and we would encourage everyone to come along.
