Pre-apprenticeship programme

As part of our commitment to supporting people get into work, we decided to put our money where our mouth is and commit to giving young people real work experience in the real world. And so, in 2012 we took on our first cohort of pre-apprentices. They spend six months with us doing real, paid work experience, and also attend the job club, to get help and support with CV writing, application forms and job interviews.

To date over 90 young people have completed the scheme, with at least half moving into employment, education or training after completion.

Check out what some of our pre-apprentices have to say...

If you're interested in finding out more about our pre-appenticeships you can view our pre-apprentices webpage here, or if you would like to register your interest in applying to become part of our valued team, just call 01733 396402 or email hr@crosskeyshomes.co.uk.
