Your Tenancy

Our service to you doesn’t stop when we hand you the keys to your home. We're on hand to offer the help and support you need to live happily in your home and maintain your tenancy. For example, you might be worried about paying your rent or have questions about your tenancy. Whatever your concerns, we have specialist teams who can offer advice and help to solve any problems you might have.

We can also offer advice on claiming benefits, dealing with debt, and saving money through schemes like our low-cost home contents insurance. Getting in touch is easy - either call us on 01733 385000 or email our customer service team.

Get involved

Once you've settled into your new home, you might like to get more involved in your local community. You could work with us to help make our services even better, join community-run projects, work as a volunteer or take part in local events. If you'd like to get involved and meet new friends, our community investment team would love to hear from you.

You can get involved through email, phone, or by joining community projects. There's also a regular programme of events where you can relax and have fun with your family while meeting new people, take a look at what's on

Exchanges and swaps

Do you want to move closer to friends or family, or perhaps live nearer to work? Then you might be able to swap your home with another housing association tenant. Often this is the easiest and quickest way to find a new home.

If you’re living in any housing association property and you want to move, you can use House Exchange, HomeSwapper or a similar service provided by your landlord to look for other homes available.
