Cross Keys Care
Cross Keys Care is a service dedicated to you – our sole objective is to help you live life to the full by offering the highest possible standards of personalised care, assistance and support for you in your home.
Lifeline is a personal alarm service that offers anyone help and security at a touch of a button, giving you and your family peace of mind.
Our sheltered housing includes bungalows, flats and bedsits that cater for the needs of people of retirement age. The homes are self-contained, which means you can live as independently as you want to. But they also offer extra shared facilities, such as common rooms, so you can join in social activities and get to know your neighbours.
Extra Care - coming soon
Our new Extra Care opening in Summer 2014 will provide apartments designed around your individual needs, enabling you to remain independent in your own home, with the flexibility of support and care as and when it's needed. With staff on hand 24 hours a day, seven days a week, help will always be there if you need it. Extra Care is ideal if your present accommodation no longer meets your needs or if you feel isolated or lonely. Extra Care provides you, with both personal care and practical support with everyday tasks such as shopping and doing the laundry, tailoring support to meet your individual needs as they are now and also as they change over time.
