Our involved residents make a huge difference to our business and our communities. They do so much, from approving our policies and making sure we are taking all our residents’ needs into account, to letting us know of areas in our neighbourhoods that need improving. They are the voice of you, our residents, in the running of our business.

We are reviewing the ways that residents can have their say on how our services are run and have a voice at the heart of our business. We want to make sure that we are hearing from residents from right across our communities, especially from minority groups, our young residents and those who live outside Peterborough.  We want to hear from you about how you would like to be able to get involved with CKH.

We are holding focus groups so you can let us know your thoughts and ideas. We are holding these online, as well as in person event, so we hope that as many of you as possible will be able to have your say.
