Indigo shortlisted in regional RICs awards
We are delighted to share the great news that our Indigo development in Peterborough has been shortlisted in the prestigious RICS awards 2026.
Indigo has been shortlisted in the East of England 'Residential Development' award category. This is fantastic news as it demonstrates the innovation, commitment and dedication that went into bringing this project to life.
Built over nine storeys and taking advantage of cathedral views and a convenient central location, Indigo is the largest development we have delivered to date. Working with development contractor, Willmott Dixon, and property consultants, Drees & Sommer, we kept the focus on sustainable construction and sustainable living.
Our Chief Executive, Claire Higgins, said: “Indigo has required a huge team effort. It is extremely rewarding to see that our homes at Indigo have not only proven to be popular with the people who need them, but are also recognised as a great example of an effective, modern development.”
A member from the RICs judging panel is visiting Indigo to carry out a site visit before the Regional Award Ceremony in July, where winners will be announced and then go on to represent their region at the UK Grand Final on Thursday 22 October 2026.
We are up against some stiff competition and won't know the results until July.
