Claire Higgins, Chief Executive 
Before joining Cross Keys Homes in September 2004, Claire spent seven years as Executive Regional Director for Housing 21, a national housing and care provider for older people. Claire took over as Chief Executive of Cross Keys Homes in November 2014.
Claire is the Vice Chair of the Board of PlaceShapers and holds the Chair of Homes for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Locally, Claire is involved with a number of partner organisations. She is also very proud to be the Chair of Peterborough Keys Academy Trust.
In 2021, Claire was awarded an MBE for services to housing in recognition of a career dedicated to bringing affordable homes and support to the communities who need them.

Andy Gipp, Executive Director of Corporate Services 
Responsible for: repairs and maintenance, planned and cyclical works, storing and protecting your data, shared ownership sales, looking after our offices and fleet vehicles, HR services, IT services, diversity and inclusion, health and safety, compliance with the Consumer Standards.
Mary Bryce, Executive Director of Operations
Responsible for: rent and arrears, specialist support, managing your tenancy, community hubs, events and activities, customer service, complaints, Cross Keys Care, retirement communities, short stay accommodation for people experiencing homelessness, homeownership, letting our homes and cleaning and estate ranger services.
Lynda Murawski, Director of External Affairs, Communications, Marketing and Customer Experience
Responsible for: providing information to residents, promoting CKH to others, development and new build programme, defects in new build homes and investigating disrepair claims.
Ruby Surpal, Finance Director
Responsible for: procurement, invoices and payments to contractors, monitoring budgets, reporting our annual financial performance, annual rent and service charges review.
