For young people
We are proud to offer activities and support designed especially for the young people living in our communities.
We are proud to offer activities and support designed especially for the young people living in our communities.
We have a programme of support tailored specifically for anyone under 25 who is looking to get into work. You'll join one of our Careers Clubs and get one-to-one support with the skills you need.
If you are in receipt of benefits we will also refer you into the introduction to work programme with Jobcentre Peterborough. This is a four day programme of employability training and support that has the potential to lead to pre-apprentice job roles.
Throughout the summer holidays, we will be running Calm and Craft Kids - a peaceful, creative space for kids and their carers, offering fun crafts for all abilities, all free. There will be lots of crafty activities to keep little ones busy and to give the adults inspiration for things to do at home.
Starts on Wednesday 22 July and will continue every Wednesday between 10.30am and 12.30pm at our South Bretton Family and Community Centre. You must book a space, using the form below, and children MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.
You can access specific support and advice for young people and parents at Young Minds, the UK's leading charity fighting for children, teenager's, and young people's mental health.
If you're under 19, you can also call 0800 1111 to talk to Childline. The number will not appear on your phone bill.
