National Housing Federation
We are members of the National Housing Federation (NHF) who are the voice of England’s housing associations.
Their housing association members provide homes for around six million people, and are driven by a social purpose: providing good quality housing that people can afford. The NHF support their members to deliver that social purpose, with ambitious work that leads to positive change.
Homes for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough
We are members of Homes for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, a group of housing associations managing thousands of homes between them and have ambitious plans to build many more.

Chartered Institute of Housing
We support our employees to be members of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and to access their qualifications and events. The CIH is the professional body for people who work in housing, the independent voice for housing and the home of professional standards.
Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance
We have demonstrated our commitment to supporting the survivors of domestic abuse by being awarded the prestigious Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance (DAHA) accreditation. Tpas
We are accredited with the Tpas Landlord Accreditation in recognition of our robust approach to resident engagement and our emphasis on ensuring the resident voice is heard throughout our business. Tpas are England’s leading tenant engagement experts and they promote, support and champion tenant involvement and empowerment in social housing across England.
Investors in the Environment
We have been accredited to Investors in the Environment (iiE) since 2011 and have been recognised with their highest award ‘Green’ since 2015. iiE is a national environmental accreditation scheme designed to help organisations save time and money, reduce their impact on the environment, and get recognition for their progress.
Care Quality Commission
Our Community and Extra Care services are regularly inspected and reviewed by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Our services are currently rated Good.
Disability Confident Employer
We have signed up to the government’s Disability Confident Employer scheme that has created a movement of change, encouraging employers to think differently about disability and to take action to improve how they recruit, retain and develop disabled people. We are committed to removing barriers to disabled people and those with long-term health conditions as well as ensuring disabled people have the opportunities to fulfil their potential and realise their aspirations.

Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award
The Silver award of the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) highlights our ever increasing commitment to supporting UK military personnel, reservists, veterans and their families. We offer support to members of the armed forces, their families and veterans who live in our homes, through our community based support services. The support available includes employment support, education or training opportunities and money advice. Our employees are also able to signpost and refer people to specialist support services to help them receive any additional help needed.

Age Friendly Pledge
We have signed the Age-friendly Employer Pledge, a nationwide programme run by the Centre for Ageing Better. By signing the pledge we have demonstrated a commitment to improve recruitment, retention and development of workers aged 50 and over. This means older workers can continue to thrive and contribute to our success, and it means we will benefit from the innovation and productivity boost that multigenerational workforces bring.

We have signed up to Harry’s Pledge, a united national commitment to support, recognise and champion carers. By doing so we commit to the four pledges:
