It's quick and easy to report repairs or problems with your home directly to us, but as a resident with a housing association as your landlord, you may also have been contacted by claims management companies offering to make a disrepair claim against us on your behalf.

A disrepair claim is when someone takes legal action against their landlord for not fixing problems in their home within a reasonable period of time.
Usually, a claims management company will offer to manage these claims for you by handling the entire claims process, including introducing you to law firms that offer a 'no win, no fee' service.
While this might seem like a quick and easy solution, there are important things to know before agreeing to anything.
