Indigo is our largest development to date, located in the heart of Peterborough. Providing 315 affordable homes and two retail units – Indigo will help to redefine city centre living.

As a species of plant, Indigo means a sign of hope and new beginnings, which is what we are set to deliver with the regeneration of this site.

Indigo will comprise of two connected wings providing a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and duplexes with a private communal courtyard as well balconies and roof terraces. There will also be 50 car parking spaces available, 10 with electric vehicle charging points and plenty of open spaces for everyone to enjoy.

We are working with Willmott Dixon  as our contractor of choice on this development. Their purpose is to deliver brilliant buildings, transform lives, strengthen communities and enhance the environment, which goes hand-in-hand with our core objectives and makes them the ideal development partner for this build. Since contracting them in 2022, we are now progressing at pace on site.

We are being advised on this project by construction consultants AA Projects, and working alongside Willmott Dixon are a project team which consists of architects Corstorphine & Wright, planning consultants ELG, structural engineers SBK, and mechanical and electrical engineers Briggs & Forrester.

The project is due for completion in November 2024 with first handovers expected by the summer of 2024.
