There are two main ways you can access information:
Part 1: Information we publish (Publication Scheme)
We will publish important information about our services on our STAIRs - Publication library. This will be available to residents from 1 October 2026.
Part 2: Information you can request
If you can't find the information you're looking for, you will be able to ask us for it.
From April 2027, you can make an information request in writing (for example by email or letter).
We will be publishing further information on the process for making these requests closer to the time. In the meantime, if you require any information about CKH, our services or the way our business is run, please do not hesitate to contact us.
You can find out more about what is covered in phase 2 of STAIRS on the government website.
