We have retained highest rating from the Reguator
We have retained the highest possible rating from the Regulator of Social Housing, who have confirmed that we have maintained our rating of V1 for viability, G1 for governance and C1 for meeting the consumer standards.
We underwent an inspection in March 2025 to receive this rating - one of the first housing associations to receive the C1 rating - and we have been confirmed as retaining these ratings following our annual stability check.
The Regulator's report reiterated its confidence in our approach to risk management and the strength of our management. It also remains confident in our ability to deliver our objectives as well as demonstrating value for money. Our robust approach to health and safety, especially with regards to resolving cases of damp and mould, as will our structured approach to resident engagement all contribute to our strong performance.
Claire Higgins, our Chief Executive, said: “I am very proud that we have retained this rating and that the Regulator remains confident that we are in a strong position both with our approach to governance and financially. The announcement also highlights that the Regulator remains assured that we are delivering excellent services to residents and our wider communities. It really is down to the hard work and talent of our employees, and their commitment to getting it right for our residents. It also shows that we are a sound business for our investors and stakeholders and gives them the confidence in our business approach to risk. We are continuing to work with some amazing partners to change even more lives and communities for the better in the future.”
