New affordable homes provided in Crowland
Handover of three new affordable homes has taken place at Harrington Drive in Crowland, with Ashwood Homes formally transferring the new properties to us.
Our Development Manager, Jack Bass, was welcomed to the site by Ashwood Homes' Site Manager, Craig Hutchison, together with Mark O'Brien from The Design Partnership to officially complete the handover.
Craig commented: “Ashwood Homes are delighted to be working with Cross Keys Homes to deliver 10 affordable homes in Crowland, supporting regional housing needs and ensuring long-term value for the community. We are pleased to play our part in expanding the availability of quality affordable housing in the area.”
Our Chief Executive, Claire Higgins, added: “We are delighted to have completed the first three affordable homes on this site and look forward to working with Ashwood Homes as we receive the further seven due over the next few months. These new homes will provide a mixture of affordable rented and shared ownership properties helping to meet local housing needs while also supporting a thriving community.”
The new homes will be handed over to us in phases with all homes expected to be handed over by springtime next year.
