Take part in our Customer Satisfaction Survey

We want to know what you think of our services and how you feel about us as your landlord. This November and December, we’re working with an independent organisation called IFF Research to help us gather your feedback.

Residents will be chosen at random to take part in the survey, so you may be contacted directly by IFF Research. They may send you an email, send a text, or call you on the phone. Whichever way you choose to take part in the survey, it should take you less than 10 minutes as there are only about 20 questions.

We’ll use the results of the survey to help us plan future improvements and make sure we’re delivering the best services we can. After the survey closes, it will take a few weeks for us to look at all the feedback we’ve received, but we’ll update you about the results and what we’re planning to do with them in the spring.
