  • CKH cannot guarantee a sale or timescale for a sale.

Information Sharing Consent

I/we agree to CKH sharing information relating to this application, any subsequent resale application, and/or any potential purchase and sale with relevant parties where necessary for the progression of the sale.

This may include:

  • Homes England
  • Partner Registered Social Landlords (RSLs)
  • Mortgage advisers and brokers
  • Solicitors and conveyancers
  • Estate agents
  • Surveyors and valuers
  • Prospective purchasers
  • Credit reference agencies (where applicable)
  • Other organisations involved in assessing eligibility and progressing the transaction.

Limitation of Liability:

I/we acknowledge that CKH:

  • Does not guarantee that a purchaser will be found.
  • Does not guarantee exchange or completion of a transaction.
  • Is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including purchasers, lenders, solicitors, valuers, managing agents or estate agents.
  • Is not responsible for any loss arising from an aborted sale or unsuccessful onward purchase.

Vendor Responsibilities:

  • I/we must notify CKH immediately of any changes affecting the property or sale.
  • I/we remain responsible for obtaining independent legal and financial advice regarding the sale and any onward purchase.

  • Room descriptions
  • Photographs
  • Floor plans
  • EPC information
  • Details of improvements or alterations
  • Details of any known defects
