Building in partnership
We have an ambitious development strategy that recognises that we can achieve more together. That’s why we collaborate with a wide range of partners to help us deliver even more homes and opportunities that change lives.
We’re proud to be a sought-after partner of choice for organisations both locally and nationally and we have a track record of delivering outstanding results on collaborative projects to deliver new developments as well as to bring new support to our existing communities.
Our joint ventures
This partnership with national homebuilder, Kier, will see us working together on 15 key sites across the region over five years. The innovative structure helps us to minimise risk whilst using this partnership as an investment vehicle to generate and continue to invest profits made into more new affordable homes for Cambridgeshire.
Created in 2016, this partnership with Peterborough City Council is using Right to Buy receipts to increase the supply of affordable homes in the city.
Visit the Medesham Homes website for more details.
An innovative collaboration between four prominent housing associations operating in the east of England, Evera Homes will deliver 2,000 homes over five years. The partnership consists of Flagship Group, Hyde Group, Longhurst Group and CKH – all working together to develop high quality sustainable new homes and communities across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
