Many of our residents are on low incomes, experience high unemployment and in some cases a serious lack of formal skills and education. Despite the barriers they face, the people in our neighbourhoods have great potential, so we’re committed to supporting and investing in them.

Our community work focuses on creating opportunities to change lives by investing in local people and businesses. We want everyone to recognise the impact they can make whether that’s large or small so they can make a difference in their community too.

Community partners

Partnerships are helping us to deliver valuable services to those communities that are often cut off. Working together, we’re able to bring support right into the heart of communities throughout Peterborough and the surrounding area – from work clubs to advice for new parents, we’re here to help people take charge of their futures.

We will ensure that CKH neighbourhoods are great places to live and continue to develop so that everyone has the opportunity to be part of the community and reach their full potential. We’re actively seeking new partners who can help us increase the range of services we provide in Peterborough and across the region in the areas we’re delivering new affordable homes.
