We acquired the land of this former school site in early 2018 and the regeneration project will bring more than 200 new homes and a medical centre to the area. Working with national house-builder Keepmoat Homes, we’ll provide 81 homes for affordable rent and shared ownership while the remainder of the site will be available for outright sale.
This sizable scheme in Godmanchester will see more than 250 affordable new homes introduced to the town. We welcomed our 500th shared owner to this site in 2017 and final handover is anticipated in 2019.
Our second development in South Cambridgeshire, this village scheme will provide 22 new homes for affordable rent and shared ownership. The homes are reserved for those with a connection to the local area in the first instance.
A development of 2,500 new homes in Milton Keynes, Stratford Fields will include 362 new homes available for shared ownership and affordable rent. The new community will include new primary and secondary schools, two local centres and new employment opportunities.
We're set to deliver more than 100 new homes on Newark Road, Peterborough by 2021. After acquiring the land at the former site of Perkins Engines in 2015 we received planning approval to build 48 flats and 56 houses for affordable rent and shared ownership and work began on site in January 2019. The scheme will also include public open space and a children’s play area.
The development has received grant funding from Homes England to support the delivery of the affordable homes.
