We are pleased to announce the appointment of Judith Foss and Martin Valentine as independent members of our Group Board.

Judith brings with her extensive experience of the housing sector, having worked as Executive Director of People and Culture at Catalyst Housing for over 15 years. Judith has a proven track record in the field of people and culture and a wide range of experience in the not-for-profit and private sectors. She has a passion for improving people’s lives and building great communities. She will also chair CKH’s People, Remunerations and Nominations committee.

Martin is currently Managing Director of Positive Homes, a company building energy efficient homes. He also has extensive experience in communications and marketing across local authorities, housing and other public sector organisations. He has 25 years senior management experience on business leadership, branding, marketing, public relations, customer service, market research and stakeholder communications and consultation.
